The Galway Roast began life as a café in Tuam, County Galway 10 years ago and today has grown into a unique company that roasts its very own coffee beans to ensure customers receive the freshest and most distinctive tasting coffee possible. The Galway Roast owner, Niall Murphy initially purchased a 1 kilo roaster from Turkey with the view to roasting his own blend of coffee beans to use in the Tuam café.
The Galway Roast serves its freshly roasted coffee in its Tuam café where customers can sit down, relax and enjoy the experience of a lifetime, out of a cup. Now open in Market Sq, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and Eyre Square Centre, Galway City.
The Galway Roast sells its unique hand roasted coffee beans exclusively from each Galway Roast cafe and now from our new online shop. Our blend comprises three different coffee beans – Brazil, Guatemalan and Hondurasmixed together in their own special way!
There’s no doubting that coffee is now an important part of the social scene in Ireland, elevating coffee franchises to a profitable and exciting business venture. There’s been a revolution in the way coffee shops have proliferated to meet the booming demand.
